  • Tiffany Lacey

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Tiffany is the financial manager behind OTL Fine Catering. She manages the client contracts and Accounts Receivable for each event. She creates menus and helps manage the day to day operations of the kitchen and the team.

  • Leah Peterson

    EVENT COORDINATOR

    Leah talks with prospective clients to understand the vision of the event and creates a menu and proposal for the occasion. Leah takes charge onsite by carefully choosing staff for each event, manages rentals and other details keeping events running smoothly.

  • Wade Koch

    CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Wade meets with prospective clients to understand the vision of their event, answers questions regarding our services, and ensures your proposal is an accurate representation of your vision for your event. Wade also works with recurring corporate clients to keep relations and communication effective and efficient.

Kitchen Crew—

Our dedicated kitchen crew are here to prepare and cook all food orders to the specifications of each client. Their varied backgrounds and expertise makes them well rounded and able to accommodate customized menus based on the needs of our clients.

  • Kitchen Prep Cooks: Our Cooks help behind the scenes in our main kitchen to prepare and cook for all of our events.
